World-class training for OEM Service Personnel

  • New and expanded training facilities provide an excellent setting for training service personnel  
  • Training covers all engine models used by the customer 
  • Operational training engines allow for hands-on practice with diagnostic tools and everything needed in the field. Disassembled engines are also available, along with everything needed for servicing AGCO Power engines. 
  • Flexible and customizable training content (rather than a fixed curriculum) tailored to the customer’s needs
  • A 3-day basic training course is included for all OEM customers. For many competitors, this is an expensive add-on service.
  • We train technical support, assembly, and quality representatives 
  • All training materials and many additional resources remain available to the trainees and can also be used for their own internal training sessions.
  • The training is interactive, engaging, and adaptable 
  • NPS scores and reference feedback from training sessions
  • Real Finnish sauna

Training sessions can also be held at the OEM’s facilities if needed, but the best setting is at our location in Linnavuori, Finland.
